“It’s great that a facility like this exist! Clean and friendly facility with amazing staff. There are private rooms, semi private and even the three bed room are spacious Great nurses and approachable staff makes for a speedy recovery. They specialize in wound care, respiratory and rehabilitation. The therapy room is the largest in Porterville and is top notch. I would feel comfortable putting mom here. Sequoia transitional care is the best.“
