Very impressive facility , that is completely dedicated to patient care and well being. The moment you walk in the door you can see a difference. Staff is happy, patients are engaged and it’s clean and odorless. There always seems to be staff everywhere. And therapy, their hands on approach and encouragement are hands down the best in Porterville. I’ve seen patients come in incoherent and walk out the door dancing. From the moment I walked in the door I knew this place was different. This place is a success story for so many people. Lucky to have this facility in Porterville.
Clean facility and very friendly staff. Quick to address patients concerns.
My mother in law is currently a resident here and my husband and I are very happy with the care she receives. She feels safe and cared for. We are so grateful for all the staff at Sequoia Transitional.
What an amazing facility!
